The holidays can be a very somber time for many people. Tragic loss, unwavering loneliness, constant sadness, hopelessness, lack, defeat, financial stress, betrayal, depression--the list goes on. You just never know what someone is going through internally. They may have a smile on their face or perceive to be in high spirits, but you don't know the true story of their personal lives. People deal with emotions in various ways, and while some may be able to hide their feelings well, others can express it by being arrogant, prideful, jealous, malicious, etc. And while it's no excuse for someone to be rude, you can choose to be the bigger person, bite your tongue, walk away from the situation and be courteous of how you treat people. You've never walked in their shoes. Choose to do the right thing. Be mindful. You never know how far along your love, kindness, generosity, mercy, grace and compassion can go. It could change someone's life, it will change the world.
We all have had our moments and did or said something we never meant to. I'm always reminded of the love of God and how because of Him, I'm able to love all people, share and show the love of Christ to everyone I encounter--whether that be a smile, an encouraging word, prayer or just a simple I'm proud of you to someone. God is so good and His love is abundant for all humanity. Remember God is with you always and for you. You're his child. No matter what you've done doesn't cancel out the love He has for you. Psalms 139:17-18 NLT
I hope these bible verses encourages your faith walk, strengthens your trust with God and pushes you to lean on Him no matter what you encounter in this life. You have a God that is fighting your battles, protecting you from the unseen realm and guiding your steps to your God-given destiny.
Love you so much friends!
God Bless You always!

But you, O Lord, are a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness.
Psalm 103:11–13
For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his steadfast love toward those who fear him; as far as the east is from the west, so far does he remove our transgressions from us. As a father shows compassion to his children, so the Lord shows compassion to those who fear him.
Romans 5:8
God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
Romans 8:38–39
For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.
