As I get older, I realize the importance of spending time outdoors. Not only does it decompress your mind, body and spirit, it sparks new ideas and creativity that was never there before. Being outside brings peace to the mind, rebirth to the spirit, and restoration to your soul.

You need a sense of excitement in your life daily. Immersing yourself in nature, seeing people from all walks of life pace up the mountain and seeing the majestic wildlife can help alleviate your mind from stress, anxiety or depression. Getting your mind and body working puts life in perspective and points out the significance of health and wellness--and how amazing you feel right after!

Whether it's by yourself or with a friend, it's always reinvigorating getting some exercise in. I aim to make it a priority 5-6x a week to be outside & workout. I find when I do this, tension or anxiousness leaves and my confidence is at an all time high. (Including prayer + praising God + talking to God) Whatever works best for you, incorporate it into your weekly routine. When you establish these goals and put them into practice you will feel your self worth sky-rocket. You also never know what kinds of wildlife you will encounter--deer, lizards, birds, caterpillars and spiders--there are so much to see!

I hope this blog post encouraged you to spend some time outdoors, see people and incorporate exercise. Being outside free's your mind, alleviating space for you to see the brighter picture and reduce pressure on yourself or current circumstances; seeing people is necessary to your mental health--even just a baby's laugh or a smile from a stranger can really change your emotions and exercise is imperative for your body--even just 30 minutes a day can add on 5-7 extra years on your life! WOW! :)
Where's a place you go to workout or enjoy spending your free time? Let me know in the comments below! :)
Revelation 4:11:Worthy are You, our Lord and our God, to receive glory and honor and power; for You created all things, and because of Your will they existed, and were created.
Have a beautiful day angels!
