Don't Allow Life's Winds To Tear You Down; Remain Afloat, Goodness Is Coming

Life can sometimes get dry, feel mundane and seem repetitive. It may feel like you’ve been trying to progress but seeing minimal results. Life’s storms come to us all, but don’t allow the gusts of wind, lightning strikes and rain to sink your boat. Don't give up hope. Don’t allow yourself to become cumbersome with your situation. Believe and know that the overflow of blessings is coming. Choose to have unwavering faith in a time that feels uncertain. Trust God.

Be expectant that your prayers will be answered and will come to pass. Stay upbeat and joyful in the waiting. Find the things that drive your spirit—whether that be a walk in the park, dinner with your friend or organizing your safe space at home. Start speaking words of faith—write it down on a piece of paper so you have something tangible to look at (make it fun, fancy and creative--enlighten your spirit). Make it a daily habit to say 10 beautiful things about yourself—you will feel a mighty shift in your confidence and boldness. What you saturate your mind and thoughts on changes things. Think positive. Proverbs 18:21 "The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit." “And the Lord, He is the One who goes before you. He will be with you, He will not leave you nor forsake you; do not fear nor be dismayed.Deuteronomy 31:8.

Surround yourself with like-minded people. Be around others that are doing extraordinary things in life; people who are contributing to serving others and using their God-given gift(s) to bring real change. Notice who your spending time with. Are they uplifting you? Speaking life over you? Challenging you? Do they always choose to tell you the truth and look out for you? These are significant things to lookout for in a friend. If you're the smartest one in your circle, then maybe take step back and analyze your relationships. Disassociate yourself from people who are not conducive to your personal growth. Start prioritizing time to broadening new relationships. Reach out to people--whether that be a LinkedIn message, an email or joining a Facebook group. Connect-- we're living in an age where we can connect with people across all channels all over the world from our fingertips; use social media for your advantage. Link up--people are always open and willing to help you. You just have to put yourself out there--shoot them a text, call or email; whatever you feel is most appropriate.

Don’t allow the heaviness of life to way you down and drown your spirit. Remember, everyday you're walking in your God-given destiny! Inhale, exhale, smile. :)

Love you, friends!

God Bless You Always!

XO--Brit
